Refund Policy

Therapy is built up on trust which both parties agree to being responsible for keeping scheduled appointments. To respect the time reserved for all clients, appointments canceled less than 24 hours, missed or "no show" will be charged a full session fee. Clients are responsible for payment of late cancellation, missed or now show appointments which will be due at their next scheduled session. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
